Two Accidents Sunday Evening
Orange police were called to a four-vehicle collision and a motorcycle-car crash within minutes Sunday night. Four people in the multi-vehicle collision were taken by ambulance to the local hospital emergency room. The first crash was reported at 8:12 p.m. on 16th Street at Interstate 10. The motorcycle-car wreck was at 8:19 p.m. at the interstate access road by Enner Road, a couple of blocks east of the first. Police said a Dodge Caravan was traveling southbound on 16th Street and was stopped at the traffic light. BCMS VB Falls To Orangefield
The Bridge City Middle School 7th grade volleyball red team was defeated by Orangefield Monday night 22-25, 25-21 and 3-15. Caryss Carpenter was perfect from the service line with 18 super serves. Hannah Murchison, Kaylyn Dosch and Emma Gaspard all did a great job serving. Lauren Richter, Reesie Ryder and Kember Ess had pretty passes up to the setter while Hallie Boswell had some great digs. Mallory Silva and Ressie Ryder did a awesome job setting the ball up to their teammates.
