Victoriana was born on November 12, 1963 in Galveston, Texas to parents Pauline (Rojas) and Florenico Cantu Garcia. She had lived in the Vidor area for 10 years, prior in the Nederland. Orange police report 35-year-old Rosa Bonilla, who died after Orange County jailers found her hanging in her holding cell Friday night, was arrested for having prescription Xanax in her purse. The Honey Bears traveled to Goose Creek Memorial High School this weekend for an HTE Dance Competition. They scored enough points for a Division 1 rating in each of their four routines which earned them a Sweepstakes Award. Their High Kick Routine won 1st Place Kick in its category.
