Two Shot In Orangefield (Update)
At 10:57 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a shooting near the 3700 block of Granger Lane in Orangefield. Due to the close proximity of the reported shooting to the Orangefield Independent School District and local daycares, school district officials and daycares were notified, and lockdown procedures were initiated.
