The Mustangs football season came to an end on Friday night as the No. 10 state-ranked Waco La Vega Pirates defeated No. 9 state-ranked West Orange-Stark, 42-20, at Bulldogs Stadium in Magnolia in the Class 4A Division 2 playoffs. Truck Robbed On Wednesday
A Brinks truck was delivering money to an ATM at WellSpring Credit Union Wednesday afternoon when it was robbed by two men. The crime happened on Hwy. 12 near the Hwy. 62 intersection. Two men pulled up in a white Jeep Wagoneer with Florida license plates, guns drawn, and stole the "cassettes" full of cash that were going to be put into the machine.
