Thomas Fulton Allen Jr., (Tommy) lived his dash 1932-2024 to the fullest for 92 Years. The line between the day we're born and the day we leave this earth. In that little dash is a lifetime of laughter, love and tears. Tommy was born in Kosciusko, Mississippi, and moved to Port Arthur, TX at a young age. NOAA Calls Season Above Average
The 2024 Hurricane Season came to an end over the weekend and forecasters are calling it "above average activity." NOAA says eighteen tropical depressions formed, and all of them were named storms. Eleven storms became hurricanes, of which five strengthened into major hurricanes (Category 3 or higher on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Scale).
