Valerie Gene Wallace Williams, 72, of Vidor, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at her home. She was a lifelong resident of Vidor, and a dedicated member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Vidor, TX, and a woman of deep faith who lived her life serving others. Valerie retired after 30 years of service with Vidor Independent School District, where she touched countless young lives at Pine Forest Elementary. Mary Louise Cozart Kelly, 82, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025. A longtime resident of Vidor, she had recently made her home in Arkansas. She was a devoted member of The Strawberry Church of Christ in Strawberry, AR, and her faith was an important part of her life. Mary enjoyed camping and being outdoors, finding peace in nature.
