Two Flown To Hospital
Early Saturday morning there was an explosion/fire on a commercial boat and at least two people were injured. KOGT was told it happened in "Louisiana waters" near but the two people that were injured were transported to a shipyard at the end of Childers Rd. in Orange and from there they were air lifted from the soccer fields to a Galveston Hospital. The boat was supposedly bringing fuel to another vessel. Clean up crews are on the scene as well as investigators. The Orangefield Bobcat Varsity Tennis Team made their season debut Friday in the South Park Tournament at the Beaumont Tennis Center.
