Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is expanding digital license and tag options to all recreational hunting, fishing and combo license and tag types. TPWD introduced digital licensing and tagging in 2022 for harvested deer, turkey and oversized red drum. Bobcat Duo Take Second
After two weeks off between their spring break and weather shutting down and last Friday’s tournament, the Orangefield Bobcat Varsity Tennis team took to the courts in Beaumont to compete in the Ms. Sheila Invitational. The tournament, consisting of 23 area teams, was spread out over three sites between the Beaumont Tennis Center, Lamar University, and West Brook High School. Orange County has made recent inspections of local eating establishments. Several businesses received a score of 100 including Lucky Wok on 16th St, Kotoyama in Pinehurst, La Salvadorena food truck on Edgar Brown Dr, and Cookie & Crust in Vidor. Receiving a 97-99 were Walmart Bakery in WO, Crawdads on I-10, BBQ Depot in Vidor, and Dominos Pizza on Hwy. 12. Burger King in Vidor had the lowest score of 85 among the recent inspections.
