(Clark) and Arvil Lee Fair, in Hugo, Oklahoma. Ruth was the first child of Helen and Arvil, and the older sister to 5 siblings which she loved dearly. Officer Recovers Stolen Bike
On Thursday, April 10, 2025, while on patrol in the Trout Creek area, Deputy Shaunna Phippen conducted a traffic stop on a blue motorcycle. Upon making contact with the operator, Deputy Phippen observed that the motorcycle appeared to have been freshly painted. Deputy Phippen conducted a further investigation and discovered that the motorcycle had been reported stolen out of Orange County.
