Charged With Child Solicitation
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint from a concerned parent that a child was receiving inappropriate text messages from an adult. The complaint was assigned to a deputy specialized in sexual assault investigations. The deputy collected evidence that revealed a digital conversation where the minor was solicited for sex. The suspected solicitor was identified as Sethan Beital, age 38. The deputy presented the investigation to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
