
Thieves were out in neighborhoods the past couple of days. On Monday, two burglaries and a theft were reported to the Orange Police Department.
A person living in the 2300 block of Butler Drive reported a TV, frozen food, and personal items were stolen, plus a computer tower was damage. Police reported a screen had been removed from a bedroom window and was against the wall of the exterior.
Another burglary was reported at a house in the 900 block of Border Street. In the afternoon, a woman living on Gardenia Street in Roselawn reported her cell phone was stolen from her garage as she was mowing.
Also on Monday, a man went to the police station to report an identity theft. Someone used his information to open several unauthorized charge accounts.
