Burglary of a vehicle and theft of a firearm at My Garage Storage facility on I-10
A disturbance on Camellia St. turned into one arrest for having four warrants out of West Orange.
An accident occurred on Hwy. 87 near West Bluff Rd. Friday. A 59 yr old male was driving a Ford pickup southbound and attempted to turn left, failing to yield the right of way, and was struck by a GMC C1500 driven by a 17 year old female. Neither required medical treatment according to the report.
OPD reports an accident on FM 1130 at the Meadowlark Dr. intersection Friday afternoon. A 16 year old female driving a Chevy Trax was on Meadowlark and failed to yield the right of way to a northbound Chevy Suburban driven by a 20 year old female. There were no reports of injuries.
A burglary of a habitation was reported on Friday at 906 N. 8th St. OPD only reported that entry was gained through a door.
An accident on Saturday occurred on 16th and Link. A 2010 Lexus driven by a 17 year old female ran the red light, striking a 1990 Buick who was traveling east on Link. Both teenagers in the Buick were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
An accident Saturday morning sent three to the hospital. OPD reports the accident happened at the intersection of Hwy. 105 and Oilla Rd. in Orangefield. A 76 yr old man driving a Ford pickup was on Oilla and failed to yield the right of way as he turned left onto 105. He was struck by a Ford Escape traveling west. The man along with two passengers in the Escape were taken for medical treatment.
