
The City of Orange is launching Orange, Texas 311, an online and mobile service request system that makes it easy for residents to request service and report non-emergency issues directly to the City of Orange.
With Orange, Texas 311, the City of Orange can ensure all service requests are tracked, managed, and resolved in one place, enhancing service efficiency, accountability, and transparency across the community.
Residents can conveniently create, view, and track the status of their requests—including those submitted by others—making it easy to engage and communicate with the City of Orange. Common requests include sidewalk repairs, potholes, litter, water pressure, and other issues. City of Orange staff will review and respond to service requests submitted through Orange, Texas 311 during regular business hours, and requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be reviewed on the next business day.
