The Orange City Council will have a special called meeting Monday at 5:30 p.m. to talk about post-Harvey projects and options. The considerations include buyouts, acquisition, mitigation construction, and mitigation elevation. The city’s consultant will explain the different projects. The council may act on the proposals.
A previous similar meeting was canceled in June because of heavy rains.
The meeting will be in the council auditorium next to the Orange Public Library.
