A car on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive hit a debris pile and rolled over late Saturday night, but the driver was not injured.
Orange police report the crash was at 11:41 p.m. in the 3800 block of MLK near Hillbrook Drive. A 1999 Toyota Solara driven by 29-year-old Jennifer Lorraine Lucio of Bridge City was driving.
Officer Joshua Lemoine said the southbound car traveled onto the shoulder of the road and hit a pile of tree debris. The car rolled over and landed upright. It had to be towed away.
He reported the driver was given a ticket for failure to drive in a single lane and driving with no insurance.
Three vehicle thefts were reported in Orange on Friday. A motorcycle was taken from Studio 6 Hotel, 2502 Highway 62 South. Later in the day, vehicles were reported in different incidents. One was in the 1200 block of Wrenway and the other was at 10th Street and Burton.
Also, a theft was reported about 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Home Depot, 603 Strickland Drive.
Police Sunday morning investigated a stolen firearm from a house in the 1000 block of 14th Street.
