Environmental clean up crews were on the scene of a crude oil spill Thursday in Cow Bayou between Orangefield and Bridge City. Authorities were alerted around 11am. OCESD2 placed containment booms approximately 2500 feet downstream from the Hwy 105 bridge.
Cow Bayou is closed in that area as well as the ramp at the 105 bridge
