The Orangefield Bobcats hosted the Bobcat Invitational on Thursday night and came away with many awards. The girls team came walked away with the 1st place team trophy and the following lifters finished with Gold Medals: Krista Wheeler (580lbs), Skylar Hamons (740lbs.), Julia Droll (585lbs.), and Kaitlin Gordon (610 lbs.). The following lifters also placed: Madison Taylor, Brooke Morphew, and Kayla Gordon. Outstanding lifter on the Heavy Platform went to Skylar Hamons. The boys team also competed and the following lifters received gold medals: Josh Pennington (675lbs.), Austin Moore (1610lbs.), and Adam Jacobs (1265 lbs.). The following lifters also placed: Cameron Guillot, Jake Bradley, Aaron Galitz, and Luke Padilla. Austin Moore was named outstanding lifter on the Heavy Platform.
