
The Orange City Council has a special meeting Friday morning on post-Harvey grants for infrastructure, property buyouts and raising houses.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in the Bush Clinton Training Room on the second floor of Central Fire Station on Elm Avenue in downtown.
The agenda says the council will discuss, and possibly take action, regarding mitigation grants.
The council also has a workshop at 9 a.m. Thursday, April 26, to talk about the contract with Inframark LLC to operate and manage the city’s sewer treatment plant. The workshop will be at the Orange Police Station in the Danny Gray Community Room.
The council’s next regular meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, in the Council Auditorium next to the Orange Public Library.
