Novrosky’s on 16th Street closed for good Wednesday afternoon after lunchtime.
The restaurant, part of a Southeast Texas chain, had been operating at the site for 15 years. The building was constructed in 1982 as a Burger King.
Dave Jones, a founder of Novrozky’s, said the owner of the franchise sold the property and the building will become an office.
Novrozky’s has a Vidor location in Orange County, along with sites in Beaumont, Nederland, Lumberton, Silsbee, Liberty, and Sulphur, Louisiana.
