We have had a good week around here. Let’s see what’s been going on.
We worked with Calcasieu several days on several deer camp burglaries. We recovered some of the items stolen. We are looking for David Adam Doyle. He’s the guy we need to talk to, David “come on down”.
Jasper ex-mayor, Mike Lout helped us out by flying two deputies over the south end of Jasper and Newton Counties. Looking for some stolen equipment. Big thanks goes out to Mike. By the way rumor has it that he had to start his airplane with jumper cables. Not true!!!! this time.
There was major accident on I 10 in Louisiana and I 10 was shut down. Louisiana troopers re-routed all westbound traffic through Deweyville on Hwy 12. Wow, what a mess. We couldn’t get enough officers to deal with this. Thanks for everyone’s patience.
Two quick things before I go. Please gather all your serial numbers up. We recover things all the time that we know are stolen but no serial numbers reported. Second, put out game camera’s around your home. This really helps law enforcement.
