Nazy Lacombe, 96, of Vidor, passed away on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, at Vidor Health and Rehab. Born in Hessmer, Louisiana, Nazy married the love of her life Louis Lacombe in 1945 and moved to Port Arthur, TX, before moving to Vidor, Texas, in 1966 where she became a beloved part of the community and a devoted member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
A homemaker throughout her life, Nazy poured her heart into creating a warm and welcoming home. She was known for her love of dancing, and her steps were as lively as her spirit, often filling gatherings with joy. Family was her greatest treasure, and she cherished every moment spent with them, sewing gifts with her own hands, each stitch woven with love and care.
Nazy is survived by her daughter, Elaine Anders and her husband Randy of Vidor, TX; granddaughter Cameron Hill and her husband Richard of Round Rock, TX; and her two great-grandchildren, Eli and Knox Hill, who brought light into her later years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis E. Lacombe, with whom she shared a life filled with love and laughter.
