“Mission Possible” was the theme of the Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. march held Monday at Mount Olive Baptist Church on Park Ave. in Orange.
Following the march that included music from the M3 Band at WOS High School there were speakers, refreshments and a presentation of Kings “I have a dream” speech performed by Rev. Joseph Robinson.
Orange NAACP President John Jefferson said, “Mission Possible is the environment that we are in today. People are getting down on everything and we want them to know there is still a lot of hope and we must continue to fight. With what all is going on in Washington, DC, you know, they’re trying to turn things back. But we want everyone to know you gotta keep hope alive and remember with God all things are possible.”
