Two state ranked teams open the season Friday as West Orange-Stark travels to Newton for a 7pm kick. The Mustangs come in as the #2 team in 4AD2 and the Eagles are the #1 ranked team in 3AD2.
Both teams have had two scrimmages and now are ready to play for a W.
We talked with WOS Coach Hiawatha Hickman Monday about both teams as they go into the season opener.
