The Celebration of Life for Mother Margaret Ann Turner, 75, of Orange, will be Saturday, July 9, 2022, at 11am at the Starlight Church of God In Christ.
Rites of Christian Burial will follow at Hollywood Community Cemetery under the direction of Sparrow Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 until 11am.
A native of Orange, she was the daughter of Beatrice (Williams) Richard and Theo Richard.
She was employed in the transportation department of the West Orange-Cove Consolidated Independent School for 36 years.
A faithful member of the Starlight Church of God In Christ, she was a member of the Mother’s Board of the church.
She passed June 25, 2022, at her residence.
Survivors include birth children Keith Kirkwood, Kimberly Kirkwood and Keisha Jamese Turner, all of Orange, children she raised, Karen Richard-Braxton (Lloyd, Jr.) of Fort Worth, TX, Greg Richard and Keiaria Kirkwood both of Orange and Kymisha Kirkwood of Houston, TX, 4 brothers, John Richard of Vinton, LA, Gerald Richard (Virginia), Edward Richard and Herman Richard (Mona) all of Orange, 2 sisters, Mary Spears of Angleton, TX and Beatrice Fezia of Orange, 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
