An Orange County Grand Jury has indicted Phillip Jerome Jones of Orange for continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Jones, 54, was arrested Sept. 5 after being indicted. Court papers say the child was less than 14 years of age when the repeated offenses occurred.
A court date has not been announced.
