Saturday, June 30 at 12:23 PM, Officers of the Orange Police Department, the Orange Fire Department, and Acadian Ambulance were dispatched to 508 Hydrangea in reference to a male who had been electrocuted while trimming tree limbs. Upon Officers arrival at 12:28 PM, a male was discovered hanging from a tree where he had been electrocuted after accidentally making contact with a power line. Entergy was called to the scene to cut the power off and the victim was retrieved by the City of Orange Fire Department with the use of an Entergy utility vehicle with a bucket extension. The 29 year old victim, Roland Kaderli, was pronounced deceased at the scene. His next of kin were notified. Judge Simonton was called to the scene and ordered an autopsy.
