Taylor Stark, 27, was arrested and charged with Class A Mail Theft after he was caught with stolen merchandise after snooping through a neighborhood.
A homeowner in the Oak Creek neighborhood off of Meeks Drive in Orange saw Stark on their security cameras looking into the windows of their home on Oak Forest, then stealing a box from their front door.
After a description was released police found Stark in the front of another house on International near Meeks Drive. He told police he was waiting on the homeowner to give him some gasoline for his vehicle which was parked across the street at International Apartments. A check of his vehicle produced the box he was seen taking from the home on Oak Forest.
Stark, from Beaumont, was transported to the Orange County Jail.
