In 2019 the plans for Golden Triangle Polymers was announced between CP Chem and QatarEnergy. Today dirt was turned in the official groundbreaking for the 2000 acre facility on Hwy. 87. And the $8.5billion project is expected to open in 2026 with 500 full time jobs.
