
Madeline Carol Moore, 73, of Orange, Texas, passed away on December 22, 2025, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, on February 9, 1952, she was the daughter of Marshall Lyman Clayton and Martha Elaine (Beckham) Clayton. She dedicated over 20 years of her life to her career as a Supervisor at Time Warner Cable, where she was well-respected and admired for her hard work. Madeline was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who always stayed busy with her family. She was very family-oriented and cherished the time spent with her loved ones. Her passion for family extended to her hobbies, as she loved camping, fishing, and attending activities that involved her boys and grandchildren. Madeline also enjoyed traveling to St. Louis to visit her sister and brothers, creating lasting memories along the way. She will be remembered for her warm spirit and dedication to her family and work. Madeline leaves behind a legacy of love and commitment that will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Martha Clayton; brother, Richard Clayton; grandma, Helen Beckham; and mother-in-law, Lela Mae Moore.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Michael Moore; sons, Mikee Moore and wife Nora, Brian Moore; grandchildren, Karsyn Moore, Macie Moore, Blake Moore, and Kyle Moore; great granddaughter, Brooke; siblings, Marsha Clayton, Terry Clayton and wife Patti, Roger Clayton and wife Laurie, Dean Clayton and wife Paulette, and Kevin Clayton and wife Sherry; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family and friends.
