A 28-year-old Houston man was given a ticket for failure to control speed after a chain reaction collision about noon Wednesday on Green Avenue at 16th Street. No injuries were reported. Orange police said a Lexus RX330 with a 20-year-old Lumberton man driving was stopped at the traffic light on Green with a Honda CR-V driven by a 43-year-old woman from Orange stopped behind. A Honda Accord driven by the Houston man rammed into the back of the CR-V, which was pushed into the rear of the Lexus.
