Lois Thibodeaux, age 87, of Orange, Texas, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024, in Port Arthur, Texas. Lois was born on November 22, 1936, in Sabine Pass.
Lois was a devoted and loving wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and was a friend to everyone that she met. A faithful member of The First Pentecostal Church in Orange for 62 years. She was always willing to help those in need and share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Lois is preceded in death by her parents Albert and Margaret King Cushion, her husband of 44 years, Sidney Thibodeaux and her Brothers- Henry Cushion, Jesse Cushion, Sisters – Alma Hurd, Gertrude Jennings, Agnes Johnson, Lucile Kelly, Bessie May Welch and Juanita Guidry of Southeast Texas.
Lois is survived by her son Darrell and his wife Angela of Beaumont Texas, Glenn and his wife Debbie, Mauriceville Texas, and son Curtis of Bridge City, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
Six Grandchildren – April Samuels, Rebekah Wallace, Ashley Thibodeaux, Christina Thibodeaux, James Thibodeaux and Lisa Thibodeaux.
Six Great Grandchildren Logan Samuels, Aston Samuels, Axton Wallace, Chase Wallace, Maiya Rose Thibodeaux, Jeronimo Dagan Shadowolf.
Visitation will be Monday, February 26, 2024, from 10:00 AM till 12 Noon at First United Pentecostal Church 3406 Edgar Brown Dr. Orange TX 77630.
Service to honor will start after visitation at 12 noon. The interment is to be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Bridge City Texas.
