The Texas Education Agency final accountability ratings show all public school districts and campuses in Orange County met standards for the 2014-15 school year. In addition, the ratings included distinctions for individual campuses.
In the Bridge City district, the middle school earned a distinction in math and the high school had distinctions in student progress and closing gaps.
At the Little Cypress-Mauriceville district, Little Cypress Junior High had distinctions in science and social studies. Mauriceville Middle School earned a distinction in math and Mauriceville Elementary had distinctions in science and student progress.
The West Orange-Cove district had the middle school scoring distinctions in social studies and closing gaps. West Orange-Stark Elementary earned distinctions in science and student progress.
In the Orangefield district, the junior high made a distinction in math and the elementary school earned a distinction in student progress.
The Vidor district had only school earning a distinction with Vidor Elementary cited for student progress.
