Three local runners placed in the Chevron Marathon held in Houston last weekend.
Michael DeFee of Vidor (left) ran 2:42:45 in the marathon and finished fourth in his division (40-44) and 67th overall.
Joe Melanson was first in his age division (60-64) running the half marathon ( 1:29:23) and Billie Kay Melanson was first in her age division (60-64) in the half marathon (1:47:01).
