The ribbon was cut on the 77th Lions Club Charity Carnival Wednesday. The event is dedicated this year to Lion Larry David who has been with the carnival some 45 years.
The carnival will be open Thurs-Fri-Sat beginning at 6:30.
Then it will reopen Oct. 5-8.
