
Larry Ronald French was born July 13, 1953 in Orange, Texas to Junius Everett French and Helen Louise French and went on his next adventure on May 20, 2022.
Larry graduated from Lutcher Stark High School in 1971. He loved playing baseball. As a Boy Scout he rose to the level of Eagle Scout. He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1971-1973. He continued his education from several colleges eventually graduating with a business degree from Sam Houston State University. His work career began as investment officer at the largest credit union in Houston. Larry retired in 2018 from a Dallas/Fort Worth paint contractor after 25 years as its Vice President of Estimating.
Larry loved life and had opinion about everything including sports, waging, politics, current events … everything. Many friends would seek him out usually on a corner stool of his favorite establishment for his advice.
He was laid to rest at Dallas/Fort Worth National veteran Cemetery with military honors.
He was preceded by Junius French and Helen Louise French.
He is survived by and in loving memory of his bothers, Wade French, Jim French, nephews Sid French and Jim French Jr., nieces Amy Barrett, Mary Hughes, Jennifer French.
