Kent Anthony Hebert, 60, a lifelong resident of Starks, Louisiana was born on November 15, 1959 in Orange, Texas and passed away on January 11, 2020.
He is survived by countless loving friends and family members, including his girlfriend, Claudine Doyle; two children, Ashley Frederick Hicok and husband, Perry Hicok, of Texas City, Texas and Thad Frederick and girlfriend, Melanie Tobias, of Savannah, Georgia; three grandchildren: Evan Frederick, Norah Frederick and Oliver Hicok; mother, Patricia Buxton and husband, Dale Buxton, of Starks, LA; father, Gerald Hebert of Jeanerette, LA ; and four brothers, Gerald Hebert, Jr., Todd Hebert and wife, Melissa, Ted Hebert and Ben Hebert.
The family will receive friends from noon until 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 17, 2020 with the funeral service to begin at 2:00 p.m. at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 West Fourth Street, DeQuincy, La. Rev. Jeremy Shields will officiate. Interment to follow at Riley Smith Memorial Park.
