
Kathryne “Kathy” Faye Devillier Walker, 62, of Rosepine, Louisiana, passed away on February 6, 2020.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 9, 2020, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City, Texas. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
Born in Orange, Texas, on April 3, 1957, she was the daughter of Nolan Joseph Devillier and Mary Nell (Tate) Devillier. Kathy enjoyed being outdoors, whether she was fishing, decorating her chicken coop, or being the great MeMe that she was and playing with her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing dice with family and friends, anything to do with floral design, and decorating her house over and over. She loved her family dearly and her memory will live on through them.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nolan and Mary Devillier; step-son, David Walker; and her grandson, Justin Breaux.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Raymond “Red” Walker; children, Melisa Daville and husband Horace, of Orangefield, Terri McGavock and husband Ferrell, of Sulphur, LA, and Nikki Pruett and significant other Demetral Washington, of DeRidder, LA; step-daughter-in-law, Melissa Walker, of DeRidder, LA; step-son, James Walker and wife Christine, of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren, Horace Daville, Jr., Andrew Daville, Morgan Constance and husband John, Austin McGavock and wife Kayley, Bryce Figari, Landen McGavock, Ryan Pruett, Tyler Pruett and wife Bethany, Jade Walker, Tyler Walker (Kyle Dillon), Allie Walker, James Ray Walker, Joshua Walker, and Hunter Walker; 7 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ginger Gunter, Gwen Titus, and Wayne Devillier; best friend, Trish Bourque; numerous nieces and nephews; along with other loving family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Junior Daville, Andrew Daville, Ryan Pruett, Tyler Pruett, Bryce Figari, Austin McGavock, John Constance, and Landen McGavock.
