
Judith Ann Granger, age 74, of Orange, Texas, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, after a lengthy illness at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Friday, August 1, 2025. The funeral service honoring Judy will be Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Chaplain Steve Kidwell, officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park, Orange, Texas.
On September 19, 1950, Judy was born to John “Jack” Lewis Bartley Sr and Opal “Tiny” Cecilia Bartley in Orange, Texas. She spent many years cutting hair and worked briefly at Bridge City Wal-Mart and Orangefield Water Supply. She was a devoted wife to husband Rusty and a loving mother to her children Angie and Chris. She loved cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents Jack and Tiny Bartley and her brother John “Jackie” Lewis Bartley Jr. Also, father and mother in-law, Joe Neal Granger Sr and Margaret “Pug” Ruth Granger. Those left to cherish Judy’s memory are her high school sweetheart, her husband of 50 years, Joe “Rusty” Neal Granger Jr. Also, her daughter Angie Wilson and husband Scotty, son Chris Granger, grandchildren Scotty Jr and Ruby Wilson, Neveah Granger and mom Patricia Swain, Bella Granger and mom Katie Vargas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Honoring Judy as pallbearers are Chris Granger, Rocky Granger, Barry Granger, Jeff Granger, Stephanie Granger and Adam Granger.
