Joeanna Bias 78 of Orange , Texas passed away August 2, 2020 in Orange. Mrs. Bias was a native of Welch, Louisiana and a resident of Orange for many years. She was loved by many in the community along with family and friends. Home going celebration will be Saturday August 15, 2020 at Mount Zion Baptist Church located at 512 west John Avenue. Service time is at 11:00am. Visitation begins at 9:00am til service time.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories four sons, Alvin P. Childress Jr., (Vivian) Oscar Childress, Terry Childress and Ricky Childress. Four daughters, Beola Childress, Shironda Jackson (Byron), Vanessa Telford and Temetra Adams (Vincent). She also leaves behind 27 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren along with a host of family and friends.
Interment will be held at Hollywood Cemetery in Orange.
