Jimbo passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at his home at the age of 62. He was a boat captain for Carline Management Companies; a resident of Plaquemine, a former resident of Orange, TX and a native of Plaquemine, La. A US Marine Veteran who served during Vietnam. Visiting will be at Wilbert Funeral Home, Plaquemine on Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 5 to 9pm and will resume on Monday, May 23, 2016 from 9am until religious services at 1pm, conducted by Pastor Ralph Doiron. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Park, Plaquemine. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Cathy Duncan Kelley; daughters, Casey Kelley Saurage and husband Ricky, Lasey Kelley and Misty Kelley Brown; sons, Gregory Duncan and wife Suzy and Joey Kelley; grandchildren, Bubba, Katelynn, Blaize, Caleb, Khloe, Olivia, Dylan, Dustin, Jesslynn, Hanna, Colburn, Hunter, Lil Joseph and Alyvia; sisters, Jill Kelley Hull and Kimberly Kelley and fiancé Gary; brothers, Darby Kelley, Jr. and wife Donna and Terry Kelley; godchildren, Blake Fuss and Chasity Verret Martinez; mothers in law, Letha Barlow and husband J.C. and Phyllis Duncan and the late Mac; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Darby, Sr. and Betty Theriot Kelley; and brother, Perry Kelley, Sr. Pallbearers will be Jamie Ashford, Randy Henson, P.J. Hull, Ricky Saurage, Gregory Duncan and Russell Duncan.
