Jason Paul Durio, age 43, of Orange, Texas, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 in Beaumont, Texas. A memorial service to honor Jason will be held at 1:00 PM, on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Dorman Funeral Home. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
On Saturday, October 25, 1980, Jason was born to parents, Kimberly Ann (Thompson) and Russell Paul Durio, in Orange, Texas. Jason was a lifelong resident of Orange, Texas, and could be seen around town, delivering for Gubers. In his spare time, Jason enjoyed being outside, whether it be fishing or lighting up his grill, to cook a great meal. Jason also enjoyed music. Most of all, Jason loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his nephew, Brentley. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Preceding Jason in death are his maternal grandparents, Oscar Charles Thompson, Sr. and Barbara Ann Neely, and paternal grandparents, Maxie and Wayne Durio.
Those who will cherish his memory most are his parents, Tim and Kim McDonald, and Russell Durio and Cindy Hathaway; Sister, Shelby McDonald and her fiancé, Sergio Sanchez; nephew, Brentley McDonald; uncles, Thad Thompson and aunt, Vicky Thompson, Bucky Thompson (Leesa); step-brothers, Michael Price and Timmy Price; and numerous members of extended family, and friends.
