On Saturday evening four fire departments responded to a house fire off South Teal in northern Orange County.
The call came in around 6:30pm from Dunromin Rd. ESD 3 Chief Matt Manshack and firefighters from Orange, ESD 4 and Deweyville arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the roof. Two occupants inside were able to get out unharmed.
The home suffered damage but they don’t believe the log cabin is a total loss.
