The Texas High School Baseball Coaches All-Star game was played Saturday in Round Rock with the North getting a 2-1 victory over the South.
For the South, Orangefield outfielder Kameryn Henderson went 1-2 on the day. Henderson and Woodville’s Connor Risinger were the only area players chosen to play in the game featuring players from 2A-3A-4A schools. The team was coached by Jasper head coach and former WOS coach Stephen Westbrook.
The 5A-6A All-Star game is Sunday. There are no area players involved in Sunday’s game.
