
On Wednesday the Bobcats competed in the 22-3A District championships.
The Boys started the day off with a competitive race full of back and forth battles and every runner jockeying for position. Our boys put in some of the best performances of the year. Leading the way was Rylan Agerton finishing in 4th place with a season best time of 19:11. Jaxon Agerton also had a season best time of 19:41 to secure a 7th place finish. rounding out our top five was Mason Boullion in 12th place, Noah Gleason in 13th place and Koa Sides in 44th place.
The girls were up next on the course. Trinity Gordon took home the gold medal with a 1st place individual finish. Shortly behind her was Aubree Beck in 3rd place. The next three Bobcats to cross the line were Aspen Babin in 12th, Maddie LaSalle in 13th, and Kendall Sullivan in 18th place.
Both teams were able to secure a 2nd place team finish and qualify for the regional meet in Huntsville on October 20th.
