Garon Gomez and Aaron Leger of Community Christian School played in the SETTA (Southeast Texas Tennis Association) Freshman tournament today in Beaumont.
Garon walked away as the champion in singles. He played athletes from BC, Vidor, Lumberton, and Westbrook. His scores were 8-0, 8-1, 8-0, 8-1.
Aaron Leger did well in his first tennis tournament winning his first match 8-0. He lost his 2nd match to the runner-up of the tournament 2-8.
