GOALS is here for you! We are a community based tax-exempt non-profit corporation organized to unify the community and all people interested in literacy.
We recruit and train volunteer literacy tutors who then work with individuals one on one or in small class settings in three programs:
ABE (Adult Basic Education): for adults wanting to learn to read and write.
ESL (English as a Second Language): for adults wanting to learn to speak and write English.
GED (General Equivalency Diploma): for adults who were not able to graduate and receive a high school diploma.
ALL INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND TUTORING ARE FREE! 
The GOALS office is located at 520 W. Decatur, Ste. 103 inside the Neighborhood Development Enrichment Center in Orange, TX.
