A cold shooting night for the Orangefield Lady Bobcats ended their playoff run in the first round with a 50-37 loss to Huntington. The game, played in Kountze, saw both teams start cold with a 2-2 tie after 4 minutes. In the second quarter, the Devilettes started strong but it was the Bobcats who scored 17 points in the last four minutes to take a 25-23 lead at the half. The momentum in the second half quickly switched to Huntington as OF was outscored 14-3 in the third quarter. Huntington, playing with just seven players, had three in double figures. Emmi Lummus and Cameron Choate lead OF with 8 each.
