
The Bridge City Lady Cardinals started district play with a 57-30 win over LCM. The Cards held the Bears to just six first half points. Mia Sterling led BC with 14, Kaylee Britten 11 and Kennedy Campbell with 10. Maya Meadows, Emily Smith and Mallory Russell had 6 each for the Bears.
The LCM JV got the 33-26 win over the Cardinals. Offensively they were led by Aliviah Jasso with 13, Lucy Walter 6. Jada Smith and Haylynn Trosclair each had 4. Trosclair and Brooklyn Meyers both contributed great performances defensively as well.
The Lady Bears will play a non-district varsity only match against Kountze on Monday 12/22 at Noon at home.

The Orangefield Lady Bobcats were on the road to take on the Warren Lady Warriors and came away with a 49–39 victory. Mikayla Locke led the way with 22 points, 4 assists, and 4 steals. Brooklyn Wagoner added 8 points and 2 rebounds, while Olivia Smith finished with 7 points and 7 rebounds. It was a complete team effort on both ends of the floor to secure the road win. The Lady Bobcats will now begin their Christmas break before returning to action at home on December 30th against West Hardin.

Cardinals led by a great team defensive effort. Leading scorers were Aaden Bush with 16 pts, Hunter Silveira with 14 pts, and Jiraiya Jennings with 13. Cards go into Christmas break 11-8 on the season! Back in action after Christmas when the Cards travel to Nacogdoches.
