The Bridge City Cardinals beat the clock and the West Orange-Stark Mustangs 59-56 Friday night. The Cards were great at spreading the ball around. Walker Britten had 20 (5-5FT), Lincoln Breaux with 11, Fernando Rodriguez with 6, Aiden Gutierrez 16 (5-6 FT in 4th Q). The Mustangs were paced by Andrew Cooper with 21, Geramicah Davis had 8, Jamikael Davis had 9.

LCM lost to Silsbee 80-47. Alantheon Winn led LCM with 19 and Ben Elliott had 17 for the Bears (19-10, 3-3). Dre’lon Miller led the Tigers (19-10, 6-0) with 35pts as A&M’s Jimbo Fisher watched from the stands.

Deweyville lost to West Hardin 72-48. Nathan Berry had a great game for the Pirates with eight 3’s, finishing with 26 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals.

Vidor lost at Jasper 87-68.

Orangefield put it on Kirbyville 75-34. Pete Ragusa matched the Bobcats (6-1) with 24 points. Zane Wrinkle added 13 and Jaden Scales 10 as every Bobcat got into the scorebook.

GIRLS
The Orangefield Lady Bobcats traveled to Kirbyville to take on the Lady Wildcats. The JV got started with a 60-0 win! Rebecca Durbin had 24 points, 7 steals, 6 rebounds. Maci Waguespack had 15 points and 5 steals and Aubree Beck had 11 points, 4 steals and 3 rebounds. Cassidy Childers also chimed 6 steals and 4 rebounds. The varsity also won 43-22. Kaylea Gravett had 11 points, 3 steals and 2 rebounds. Greenlea Oldham had 8 points, 2 steals and 6 rebounds. Harleigh Rawls has 8 points and Kennedy Thibodeaux had 6. The Lady Bobcats travel to Buna on Tuesday to take on the Buna Cougars.

The WOS Lady Mustangs completed the season sweep vs. Bridge City, winning 31-27. Leading the Mustangs (3-5) was Jordynn Patton with 10, Carlysia Simien 9, Marilynn Guillory with 8. Nicole Sasser had 9 for BC and McKenna Knight added 7 and Rylynn Thornton 5.
