Texas A&M AgriLife Extension along with Orange County Social Services County Indigent Health Care Program will be holding a series in Bridge City. The classes will begin Wednesdays, October 26th and will meet each Wednesday for four weeks with the last class on November 16th. Classes will be held at the Bridge City Senior Citizen Hall, 101 Parkside Bridge City from 2pm to 4pm. Participants will learn to control their Type 2 diabetes with the right portions, reading food labels, proper exercise, cooking right and maintain good health.
